Authentication of your antiquity
Authentications consists in determining when and where the object was made, what it is, and that it is a genuine antiquity and not a forgery, a copy or an imitation. If it is authentic we can issue a certificate
of authenticity for it. Archaeologists, academics, and curators will seldom authenticate objects for individuals. Other well-prepared experts are nearly impossible to find. We have antiquities hands-on

Provenance research
The provenance of an antiquity is its history since it was removed from its area of origin. In particular when and where it was found and acquired. When it is not possible to go back to the original discovery it
is important to show that it has been acquired long before there was legislation controlling the trade in antiquities. Provenance research consists in showing that it has been in private collections or
in the same family for several generations or that it was acquired a long time ago.
Obtaining legal papers
Legal status. Does the piece have the appropriate documentation? We will do all the necessary paperwork to make the antiquity legal to own, sell, buy, insure, donate for a tax deduction and legally
export to another country. We work with the authorities in Egypt, Greece, Italy, the Middle East and North Africa to obtain all the legal papers.
Antiquity appraisal
We provide from simple estimates of value to official USPAP appraisals with illustrated and referenced comparables that can be used for any purpose. Our appraisals are accepted by Federal Agencies, US Customs,
the IRS, for tax-deductible donations to museums, institutions and charitable organizations, b insurance companies, financial lenders and courts of law.
